Job Summary

Project Manager is responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget. Project Manager plans and designates project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed the entire way. Managed scope, resources, schedule and unblock any project decencies for project squad teams.

Job Responsibilities

  • Work with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, dependencies and timeline
  • Estimate resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner and manage resources capability in squad teams
  • Prepare budget and track project costs in order to meet budget and prepare the financial documents for both purchaser and vendor contract
  • Develop and manage a detailed project plan
  • Work with technical teams to resolving blocking issues to deliver on requirements
  • Provide project updates, identify risks and propose mitigation plan on a consistent basis
  • Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement

Experiences

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in IT, Computer Engineer, Computer Science, Management Information System, or related fields
  • 3+ years proven experience in project management, IT Software delivery or IT consulting

Knowledge & Skills

  • Knowledge of fundamental project management processes, methodologies and tools & techniques
  • High-level understanding of banking industry, Wealth products i.e. Insurance and Investment, Credit Cards, Lending, Payment
  • Ability to encourage and enable people to work together as a team to accomplish the project
  • Good communication and presentation skills both English and Thai, Writing, Listening, and Speaking
  • Good organization and planning skills
