A QA team lead will lead the teams of QA. QA Lead is responsible for assessing services and products to ensure that quality standards are met. The quality assurance team lead develops, implements and manages test plans. QA Lead will be the change agent to drive QA process and test strategy to align with company goal. Developing and understanding of roles within a QA team is essential to the smooth coordination of this department's work. Manage stakeholders in the project to report and ensure progress, the team lead sets milestones and comes up with criteria to track timely progress. Conduct test activity in scrum team. A team lead establishes the expected standards for the quality assurance tests and clearly communicates those standards to team and stakeholders.
