Job Description

  • Responsible for end-to-end launch of product on digital channel and be a focal contact point and decision maker of the products (services) assigned
  • Work closely with key stakeholders & business users to understand the market, customer and current usage and business in order to make sound decisions
  • Prioritizes and maintains the product backlog for assigned products, balancing the requirements of stakeholders
  • Works in an Agile environment and continuously reviews the business needs, refines priorities, outlines milestones and deliverables, and identifies needs, opportunities and risks together with cross-functional teams including Data Analytics, Market Research, Customer Experience,  bank’s Regulators, Operation, Support, Call Center, downstream system owners to ensure their requirements are captured in the product backlog and delivered as per their expectation
  • Provide training support to internal users and customers

Experiences

  • Bachelor degree in computer information systems, business administration, software engineering, computer science Digital Platform or related field
  • New graduate or 1-2 years work experience in digital product/technology delivery, or management and IT consulting 
  • Previous experience in Telecom, Fintech, large startup or digital agency is preferred.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills with an ability to communicate technical discussion with IT teams.
  • Experienced with system or software development methodologies, including agile project management or agile development.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Develop/ensure requirements/backlogs (user stories)
  • Develop/ensure change requests for problem solving & customer feedback
  • Design/improve customer journey on digital platform
  • Cross functional team collaboration 
  • Manage/ensure projects/features implementation with related party in a timely manner

Competency

  • Banking products knowledge (a plus)
  • Understanding products/features designs and customer journeys
  • Good communication skills, able to work collaboratively cross-functionally
  • Adaptable & able to work under pressure. 
  • Logical and good at problem solving
