Business Analyst (Lead)
Job Summary

We are looking for a business analyst for Digital Platform implementation who responsible for feasibility study, requirements gathering, gaps and risks analysis, to-be end to end process workflow designing, legacy system integration, exceptional cases handling and also complying with BOT guidelines, regulation and SCB banking procedure. The lead’s main role is to understand the business processes and procedures (how the business works), to identify areas of improvement (problem areas), and to work with the business stakeholders to identify suitable solutions. Job Responsibilities
  • Organize effective meeting with stakeholders to define business scenarios, business logic and related system following the digital product requirements designed by Product Owner
  • Works with the business to explore the opportunities or pain points for operation improvement.
  • Understand and determine business need and identify impact of business changes and also lead business solution following by existing system
  • Provide the end to end solution analysis by identifying business need, business constraints, business impacts and new opportunities which may have in the future
  • Create and maintain business requirements document including business end to end workflow and data flow diagram which can be understandable by business and technical team
  • Complete data fields mapping and API specification which can be hands-on to Solution Architect team
  • Ensure that all requirements are complied with applicable standard, BOT regulations and internal regulations
  • Providing and supporting when test team and related team as required and produce the system documentation and user manuals.
  • Recommend solution by comparing advantages and disadvantages of customer journey and solution alternatives
  • Monitor staff performance including performance reviews
  • Delegate work duties to members to attain objectives
  • Allocate use of available resources
  • Monitor and assist members with work progress
Knowledge, Skills and Competency
  • Bachelor degree or Master degree in MBA, Computer Science, MIS, Computer Engineering or related fields
  • At least 5 years of experience in role of Business Analyst (Experience in Banking, Internet/Mobile Banking/Corp implementation is preferred)
  • Experience in developing business process maps and formal requirements documentation such as business requirements document
  • Good communication and presentation skills in both Thai and English
  • Great communication and negotiation skills, vertical business/domain knowledge, ability to map and document business processes, requirements elicitation and documentation.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills combined with an ability to communicate with business and technical teams
  • Solving business problems as required
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Able to work under pressure and flexible time
  • Accomplishes results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
  • Coaches, counsels team’s members.
