Product Owner (Senior)
Job Summary

We are looking for an individual whom live and breathe with every step of product innovation with ‘customer first’ mindset. Also, be proactive or self-starter with excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. This person must have an excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire stakeholders or cross-functional teams to drive collaboration and alignment of new projects as well as enhancing existing platforms.

Job Responsibilities
  • Responsible for innovation and end-to-end launch of product on digital channel and be a focal contact point and decision maker of the products (services) assigned
  • Collaborates with Products and Segments to co-develop a roadmap and drive products and features from concept to launch in a fast-paced environment
  • Work closely with key stakeholders & business users to understand the market, customer and current usage and business in order to make sound decisions
  • Prioritizes and maintains the product backlog for assigned products, balancing the requirements of stakeholders
  • Translates product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria.
  • Works in an Agile environment and continuously reviews the business needs, refines priorities, outlines milestones and deliverables, and identifies needs, opportunities and risks together with cross-functional teams including Data Analytics, Market Research, Customer Experience, bank’s Regulators, Operation, Support, Call Center, downstream system owners to ensure their requirements are captured in the product backlog and delivered as per their expectation
  • Develops and maintains appropriate tracking and reporting of product performance post-launch
  • Provide training support to internal users and customers
  • Provide necessary support and guidance to project team members.
Knowledge, Skills and Competency
  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in marketing, computer information systems, business administration, software engineering, computer science Digital Platform or related field (Master’s is preferred)
  • 3+ years experience in technology delivery, or management and IT consulting
  • Previous experience in Telecom, Fintech, large startup or digital agency is preferred.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills with an ability to communicate technical discussion with IT teams.
  • Experienced with system or software development methodologies, including agile project management or agile development.
