Job Summary

Senior sales are the most experienced members of a sales team, responsible for guiding sales representatives and ensuring that sales targets are met, make relationship with client, generating leads, managing key accounts, and monitoring competitors’ sales activities.

Job Description


  • Cultivating solid relationships with major customers to ensure a continuous flow of sales revenue.
  • Identifying promising prospects through cold-calling, networking, and customer referrals.
  • Maintaining accurate records of the total number of sales made, potential and existing customers, as well as sales employee performance evaluations.
  • Assisting newly recruited or less experienced Sales Representatives in answering technical questions posed by customers.
  • Conducting in-depth research on competitors’ products, pricing, and market success to gain insight into customer preferences and interests.


  • Have at least 3-5 years of sales experience.
  • Experienced in concrete of technical sales and demonstrated analytical skills (preferred).

Knowledge & Skills

  • Bachelor or master’s degree in business administration, Management, Software engineering,  Computer Science or related field.
  • Strong in Financial Services Industry.
