Job Summary

Conducting as Technical Product/Service consultant (Pre-sale) of company to attract prospective customers or clients before and/or after product launch. As a Technical Consulting role, tasks and duties may include identifying prospect for business opportunities. In addition, this role will have to prepare pitch/presentation to provide product information/knowledge to prospect which also include internal marketing and sales teams for strategic support included budget and resource planning, monitoring and controlling.

Job Description

  • Provide consultation to prospect and clients to understand digital technology and solutions which suit business’s requirements through expertise, insight and global best practices , understand client’s needs and propose proper solutions that could help clients to achieve missions and goals, understand overall SCB TechX’s solutions and capabilities in order to provide the right fit solutions to customers/prospects.
  • Explore Business and Technical feasibility with Sale team or BD team, Create & deliver compelling proof of concept for demonstrations and business proposal.
  • Ensure that solutions stated in the Statement of Work are best practice and in line with client requirements, work closely with the Delivery team to develop solutions by organizing team, planning of resource & time including successful closure of the sales process with Sale team and Provide counselling to the Delivery team during 1 – 2 months to establish the project initial phase which may relate to project sizing.
  • Support the sales bidding process by responding to RFI’s & RFP’s and POC.

Experiences

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Management, Software engineering, Computer Science or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in IT-Project Management, Business Analyst or System Analyst.
  • Experienced in concrete of technical sales and demonstrated analytical skills (preferred).
  • Experienced in the systems integrator company (preferred).
  • Experienced in overseas / international assignments (preferred).

Knowledge & Skills

  • Practices and understand the concept of agile development framework and SDLC.
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills both of Thai and English.
