| Pavarej Hwangdee

Chief Product Officer

Pavarej Hwangdee was appointed Chief Product Officer at SCB TechX in July 2021. He oversees product development to cater to the needs of clients in term of business requirements and user experience.

Pavarej has a wealth of expertise in the digital banking field, serving prominent banks and financial institutions including Siam Commercial Bank, Bank of Ayudhya, Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation (HSBC), Standard Chartered Bank (Thai), and GE Capital (Thailand) Co., Ltd. Two of Pavarej's most notable accomplishments are the PromptPay system and the SCB EASY app.

Pavarej earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Assumption University, Bangkok, and a master’s degree in Information Systems from the University of Wollongong in Australia.
