System Analyst (Lead)
Job Summary

We are looking for a system analyst lead to join our team to lead, guide and support system analyst team to do the solution design, software design, develop, implement, quality control, maintain and improve software application and system architecture for meet business requirement and expected. The system analyst lead will lead, guide and support team to analyst system requirements, identify risk and impact, specific areas that will be modified, implement, improvement, address any relevant problems and quality control. The successful candidate should be able to build team, guide, support team and works as a team, understand the existing/new system software, responsible as job responsibilities for meet business requirement and expected.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead system analyst team, suggest, guide and work with team for the solution design, control the quality of the software design, functional specifications and any related fields.
  • Manage the problems and solution between related teams.
  • Analyze business requirements and create functional specifications, from architecture down to database schema and software components/classes.
  • Design and develop features/APIs/Solutions, as well as integration, flow for the platform.
  • Discuss the design solution with related team such as Product Owner, Business Analyst, System Analyst, Vendor, Developer, Legacy System teams.
  • Develops solution by preparing and evaluating alternative workflow solutions.
  • Controls solution by establishing specifications and coordinating production with developers/programmers.
  • Coordinate with developers, architectures, product owner, business analyst, vendors and related teams.
  • Work with QA and software testing teams.
  • Translate highly technical specifications into clear non-technical requirements.
  • Implement best practices for scalability, supportability, ease of maintenance, system performance and system securities.
  • Reduce the costs of technology and improve products performances.
  • Support production incidents together with developer and operation team.
  • Self-driven and eager to improve skillset.
  • Suggest and help to guide team for technical skills and any issues.
Knowledge, Skills and Competency
  • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in information technology, computer science, computer engineering, software engineering, or related field.
  • Strong problem-solving, and excellent analytical skills combined with an ability to communicate with business and technical teams.
  • At least 15 years of experience working with information technologies and system analysis (Experience in Banking, Internet/Mobile Banking implementation is preferred).
  • Has experience in manage team is a plus.
  • Has experience in Back-End Development is a plus.
  • Good communication skills and written in both Thai and English.
  • Team working and quality of work mindset.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Willing to make decision and take result.
